Windows XP Professional-Outlook

email formats. I want to auto insert a paragrah on all
sent email that pertains to confidentiality. To create
an auto insert Help tells me to go to "insert" on the
tool bar and click "auto text", then click "new". When I
follow instructions "new" is there but is not available
to select. Why?
