WLMDB discussion folder

Is there anyway I can get this back? Can someone tell me what the setting
are? I haven't been using WLMDB for newsgroups, and some how I was able to
use this previously when I had no nntp server set up for this or on OE. If I
use my nntp server I probably won't have the added funtionality...correct?
