Hi,

you can use a workaround for this problem. Before installing new patches,
service packs, ... you can export the time stamps of all registry keys and
later re-import them. Note: this is not supported by Microsoft but they use
a tool that works in exactly the same manner (via NT Native API). If you are
interested in this tool take a look at http://www.d-fens.net and look for
RegTimeStamp.

It is fixed in SP4. If you don't want to install SP4, there's a
