My web searching has not helped me. I have one PC with an application that
won't start. Task Manager told me that the service Wuser32.exe is
continuously running at 60 to 65 % of the CPU cycles.

I re-installed the application (FileMakerPro5.5). I have un-installed and
re-installed SMS version 2.0. I copied Wuser32.exe from another PC to the
problem one. Nothing changes.

KB article 314271 seems close, but not right.

Anyone run into this issue before???
