Hi Larry,

Thank you for the posting. As you described you are using Xerox 432 and it
keeps printing garbage. However, it prints plain text fine. You want to
find the driver for do***ent center.

Based on your description, it is a driver related issue.

Please download and install the driver for Windows 2000. After you install
the proper driver for Windows 2000, it can print fine.

If the print issue still persists, please perform the following tests to
isolate and verify this issue.

Test to print from Notepad or WordPad and test to see if it prints
correctly.

If Notepad and WordPad works fine, the printer driver is working and the
issue is related to the application itself.

If Notepad and WordPad has the same print issue, it is printer driver issue
and you may need to contact Xerox to get the driver for Windows 2000.
