Hi ,


We have in own company , mom 2005. with windows server 2003
in the last weeks we install the sp1 for windows 2003.
the mom begin with probelms , that i read at microsoft that i need to
install a service pack 1 for mom 2005


i make the download for the sp1 , and when i run the setup.exe , the
mom 2005 sp1 open , so i click at apply mom2005 sp1 sw update , it's
begin the update.


but in the phase: install mom 2005
" the wizard is install..."


the program are congelait and din't over the two bar in the status bar
of instlation.


i check and see 5that no have a mom program run .


how i can see what causing this? and how i can resolve this problem?
