Hi,

Hi have a problems with the MBSA Management Pack.

When I tried to Run the MBSA scan task I received this error:

- The target class [MOM Agent] does not have any instance on the selected
computers. Please troubleshoot the management pack that creates this target
class and its instances.

The MOM server is a member server and the agent it's a "DC".

I implemented already this configuration in a VMWare lab and no problems came.

Could you help me please,

MBSA MP is designed to work only with MOM Agent Computers. The "MOM Agent"
instance is created by the following MOM Managment Pack Rule.
Microsoft Operations Manager\Operations Manager 2005\Agents on all MOM
roles\MOM Agent Service Discovery

This rule's response script creates the "MOM Agent" instances for the
computer. Ensure that this rule is enabled and run at least once.

You can also look at the "Roles" TAB in the Computers View to ensure that
there is a row for "MOM Agent"
