Hi there all.
I use a custom tool to send SMS message notifications on alerts.
In the command line format I use the variables $Source Computer$ and
$Description$. In MOM alerts all these variables are informed OK.
Like for example "Computer SERVER_NAME in domain DOMAIN may be down and
does not respond to ping. The last contact time was 08/12/2005 11:21:11.
Comput)"
In SQL Server alerts though, none of those variables are filled ok, so I
can't figure out from the message which server has the problem and what
the problem is.
Does anyone has any ideas why this might happen?
