Is it possible to agentless manage an NT4 server on a different domain from
my management server with no trust relationships?

I think you have to setup an account with the same name/password as your
action account on the mgmt server has. This will need to have admin
priviliges,remember that you have to pull the event logs and do some
rpc/dcom stuff to do agentless monitoring.

Altho it is not supported see:

that extra account might do the trick (not tested myself)
