Hi Claus!

I needed exactly the same as you mentioned. I also had to sign
automatically several files during the nightly build. So I ended up
writing a small command line program which automatically completes the
login dialog from signcode.exe. This is very fast - you won't even see
the dialog.
I included the signing in the post build step, so the signing is also
done (without login) if I make build on my developer computer.
