Default how to stop printing do***ent information

I am having trouble I don't know how to correct. With each word do***ent I
print, I am getting a second page that lists the following:
Filename: Do***ent1
Directory:
Template Co***ents and Settings....
Title:
etc.
This just started printing this page recently and I don't know how to turn
it off. Any one know what I need to do? I am using Microsoft Word 2003.
Thanks!

From the menu, choose Tools - Options - Print, and remove the tick next to
Do***ent Properties, under Include with Do***ent.

In Word, click on Tools | Options | Print | uncheck the "Do***ent
properties" box | OK.
