In one of the installations of office 2k that I have
installed help topics are not being displayed properly.

the office assistant comes up and you can type in
questions etc and then select one of the answers, the html
windows that then come up are totally greyed out however.
This installation has SR2 installed as well.

I have tried running a repair installation of office and
unistalling and resintalling. I also checked IE
settings,as it could be a setting in the browser as they
are html windows.

None of these solutions have worked and I have not been
able to find anything relevant in technet. Has anyone come
across this before and if so did you find a solution?

If I can't find anything I will just end up unistalling
office and installing it in a new folder (ie c:\program
files\office2...)
