Outlook Meeting Times

I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the end time
to default to 1 hour instead of the 30 minutes. I have
outlook XP. I looked all over and can't seem to find out
how to do this. Any help in this would be greatly
appreciated. Please email me back.

From the daily view, right click the grid where you would
usually post an appointment and go to OTher Setting...

Time scale will be on the right next to the OK and CANCEL
buttons...
