Password not working

HI,

My outlook.pst has been set with the password in MSO2K. But the file opens
fine without asking for the password when I open Outlook. When I copy the
file to another system, it works fine there .. ie., I am prompted for the
password.

What could be the problem with my Outlook?

Thanks Francine. Even if that s the case, wouldnt changing the passwrod
solve the problem. That does not work either.
