Default Custom email field

Hi

I feel kind of stupid asking this because I'm sure I must be missing
something extremely simple.

All I want to do is add a custom email field to an appointment form, so that
once a user has entered an email address they should be able to click on it
to open a new mail message addressed to that email address.

Is there an "email" field type to do this? or am I going to have to write
VBScript?

Thanks
Stuart

No, there is no "email" field for an AppointmentItem. Yes, you'll need VBScript -- it's just like adding a live web URL to a form control -- see http://www.slipstick.com/dev/tips/formhyperlink.htm
