Invitation Using Microsoft Outlook for RSVP

I am sponsoring a work function and I want to send out email invitations using outlook and enable the people to RSVP from the body of email I send with some fields and command buttons in the body if the email.

I am asking some questions like do they need a hotel reserved and dinner preference using check and text boxes.

I would prefer it if the could answer those questions in the body of the email and send there preferences with one click of a command button.

I do not want to use voting buttons.

Any help would be appreciated.
