Hello

Just upgraded from 4.02 to 4.12. Carried over my set of filtering
rules. When I retrieved new mail for my mailbox it locked up with
message at bottom that "Applying filtering rules..."

Any ideas on how to stop filtering process so that I can edit/delete
them?

Mike,
At the top of your New Mail On Open filter set, add an Always Trigger to
Exit this ruleset. You can leave it in after troubleshooting, just change to
disabled. Check the rules and disable the obvious suspects. Any Copy or Move
rules that have lost their target should have a ?????? in the right hand column
of the filter rule list.

There is also the possibility that one of your new messages(.cnm file)
may be corrupted. With Pegasus Mail closed, move them all to another windows
folder and then move them back one by one to verify. HTH

Check all your folders for consistency.
