Hi,

I've changed my Passport sign-in name (not creating a new
account, but just changing the old one) and after Reader
re-activation (I made a firmware upgrade) I can't read
some of the purchased books. Reader says "no rights".

How can I resolve this?

I'm not yet sure what the answer to this is either since
I just had the exact same thing happen to me and I've
submitted an incident to Microsoft which of course will
probably not result in an answer. If you do find
something out, please post the answer since I'd be very
curious in how to handle this problem.
