6500 touch tones

just tried to make a call to orange and had real problems with the whole
"press 2 for customer services!" i was pressing and i found 1,2 no joy but 3
worked. Anyone else found this?

It works without problems. Check if You have not pressed shift lock.
I just missing to write/store number while calling. It is needed to open new
contact before writing the new number, listening over voice.
