Create a custom ringtones

Which Pocket PC or Windows Mobile phones let you create a customer ringtone
from an MP3 file?

Err any ones on the market now. Just use something like Sound Forge or any
other audio tools, put something together, encode it to wma, if you don't
want it as a .wav and send it over to the device.

put the wav or wma files in \windows or \windows\rings so they can be
found using the selector interface.
