Does WMP 10 for PPC support MBR

Hi,
I have encoded a MBR stream at 250kbps and 200kbps.
whenever my PPC plays the stream, it always render lowest one, which is
200kbps.
Anyway to force my PPC to play 250kbps stream?

I tried modifiers, but not working
mms://10.1.1.1/teststream?WMcontentbitrate=250&WMbitrate=250&WMth inning=0
still give me 200Kbps stream

Any idea??
