How tro obtain the certificate in Windows Mobile 2003

My company implement 802.1x for the wireless access & connection. But
everytime when I try to enroll using my Ipaq 4150, it keep stating that
"Client sent the request and it failed". But, my notebook running XP Pro was
ok to obtain the certificate and access to the RADIUS Server. Any idea to
obtain the certificate and setup for 802.1x authentication for my Ipaq?

Are you sending the request while the device is docked and connected to
activesync? Also make sure you have the correct certificate server.
