Unresolved Sync Item

When I sync my Axim50 all works well, except it is still showing that I have
1 unresolved item in the inbox. I have looked in all the usual places for
this thing, but can find no reference to it anywhere. Anyone got any idea
what it might be or how to get rid of it?

Usually this refers to items that have been changed, added or deleted both
in the PC and in the PPC.

You need to find what item that is and do another change in it, or delete
it.
