Central Administration - page cannot be displayed

hi there

I have installed a sharepoint server - the installation of WSS and SPS was
succesfull, but after that the central administration for the configuration
of the portal instance cannot be displayed. changed IIS settings, the
services are running, ASP.NET is enabled etc.

what could be the reason?

seems, that the problem is solved - the sps admin account has to be entered
with domain (\domain\useraccount\) during the installation process.
