How I can identify the problem?

Hi,

What happens when from the server console you open a browser window and type
http://localhost/remote ?

Have you run the CEICW and allowed the RWW to be published? Do you have
router/firewall in front of SBS that may be blocking access to ports 80
and/or 443 from the Internet.

By the way, the SBS 2003 newsgroup is microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs .
