Hi Guys,

I seem to have a problem at one of my sites, where the Message Pending
Submission Q, doens't forward the inbound messages, untill you restart or
end task on inetinfo process. The client is running Trend Scanmail as well
as ServerProtect and Officescan.

If you could please give me some guidance. I did see a couple of topics a
good few months back with this subject.
