I assume you are using SMS 2003.

For "customized reports" I assume you mean report objects
you created within the SMS Admin Console. If this is the
case, these report objects are secured objects (just like
packages, adverti*****ts etc...). For other people to see
these report objects you need to give the necessary
SMS security rights to these users.

some kinda reason the web reports are not viewable from
any other account other than the domain admin account.
This is true for the default reports too that comes with
SMS.I have tried adding my user account to the IIS, the
folder from where the reports.asp is present, appending
the reports security setting. But none of these works.
Can someone kindly let me know what security setting i
should configure inorder for users also to view these
reports.
