installing downloaded WSUS packages

I have a Dell 2850 running w2k3 SP1 and WSUS 3.0. I receive the packages
from the WSUS server and they are available for install in the shutdown menu,
but don't have the icon in the systray for installing patches. Is there a CL
that will allow me to install the downloaded patches or to force the icon to
show up again?
