I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium, and have automatic updates
set..but only to notify me, not to install.
I get the notification that Security Update for Microsoft .NET
Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1 (KB929729) is available, and
important. It won't install. I get this update notification daily,
and the same thing happens.

Now, do I really need this file, how do I get it to download, and if
not, how do I stop the notification.
