WSUS 3.0 Thoughts

I am thinking up upgrading my WSUS 2.0.0.2620 to WSUS 3.0 but I wanted to
hear a few opinions from the communtiy on how well they have fared with WSUS
3.0.

It the product better than 2.0, how is the reporting ? Any major issues ?
Just general experience advice on this would be great.
