FullText is not populated

Hi All!
I have added full text search in one of the table. I've right clicked on the
table then used full-text wizard. It created fine and then it said I need to
start populated the table. I did as directed: right click on the table then
click start populating. I am not receiving any result from that table and I
have data in there.

Ensure that BuiltIn\Administrator is a sysadmin. This kept me from
letting any of my FT indexes build.

When I have run select @@version this is the result I got:

also in the event log this is what I got:
1.
The crawl for project <SQLServer SQL0000700005> could not be started,
because no crawl seeds could be accessed. Fix the errors and try the crawl
again.
2.
The crawl seed <MSSQL75://SQLServer/7f6bda51> in project <SQLServer
SQL0000700005> cannot be accessed. Error: 80004002 - No such interface
supported
