Default how to install only SQLCMD.EXE utility

Hi everybody!

Does anyone know about how to manually install SQLCMD.EXE (Sql 2005 cmd-line
utility) on a PC WITHOUT installing client/server components of SQL 2005
itself?!?

I remember that OSQL utlity (Sql 2000 cmd-line utility) worked fine without
setup too....I'd like to find the fastest easier and lighter way to install
SQLCMD.EXE...can you tell me wich are required files/components to run it?!?

THANKS A LOT!!!

You can download it here
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=d09c1d60-a13c-4479-9b91-9e8b9d835cdc&displaylang=en
however it does require you to install the SQL Native Client package as well
(also available on the same page)
