I am not aware of any such logs.
But, in windows 2000 domain _any_ user (not only e.g. domain admin!!!) that
can authenticate to domain can join up to 10 Workstations to domain.

The DC’s event log will show domain changes, though I think you need
to configure aduiting for these events.
