I am trying to identify the cause of a 5.7.1 (unauthenticated) error. When
I run the Tools | Mail Flow Troubleshooter, it gets up to the “Scan Message
Tracking” page and displays “Unable to find message tracking log events since
04/07/2009 12:47:00 on server . Make sure that message tracking is enabled.”
However Message Tracking is enabled and the Message Tracking tool works fine.
Since the message was rejected by SMTP, I doubt it even shows in Message
Why can’t the Mail Flow Troubleshooter tool see Message Tracking logs or
what is it looking for that is different than the message tracking logs?
