No, that's not possible.
Even if you would setup a publicly accessible website at home and
install Remote Desktop Web Connection, you would only achieve that
you authenticate over port 80 with the website, but all RDP will
still be directly between your client at the office to port 3389 on
the Terminal Server. You can configure your TS to use a different
port, but it sounds as if your office runs a tight ship and has
closed all ports that need not be open.
Besides that, be careful with trying to find your way around the
security rules at your job. If you would succeed in doing this, it
would most certainly be detected. In some jobs, that means you get
fired immediately.
