Default Load balancing... help!

We want to set up our terminal services on simple load balancing... We have
3 servers set up in windows 2003 R2 Enterprise edition waiting for this...
and one server set up as a session directory server... I just need to know
how to set up the network... I know you need two NIC's since we can't alter
our routing in its current state... so we'd need two subnets to divide
traffic right? We need the server to show up on our internal network so it
shows up in our WSUS server... then our VPN is connected through ISA 2004
Standard edition... so our network looks like this

ISA2004 - 10.10.1.1
- Domain Controller, Active Directory
- WSUS Server
- 3 Terminal server nodes 10.10.2.1 - 10.10.2.3

now I assume we need to isolate the load balancing traffic on a different
subnet? But we also need it so the user can log into the Terminal server
cluster through its host name "remoteaccess" while on the VPN... how would
you go about setting this up? We've struggled with the best way to set this
up for a while now.... thanks!
