Default Unable to add file association on Windows 2000 Terminal Server

Hello,

I'm unable to add a file type to my Windows 2000 Terminal Server. The
checkbox, "Always use this program for these file types" is grayed out.
I've logged on both as a remote and console administrator but the box is
still unavailable. Does anyone know what I need to do to allow me to
manually enter a new file association?

Thanks - Steve
