Default Windows 2003 or 2000? Need Guidance!!!

Hello,

We recently purchased server 2003 and setup a terminal
server on it. We just realized that with their licensing
in 2003 it will be a lot more expensive for us than Win2k
is.

So my question is, what are the MAJOR benefits to go to
2003 than staying on 2000. Keep in mind we are only
using this box as a terminal server.

Thank you very much for any help.

Win2k is plenty for most applications and load. 2k3 can allow more users
(larger registry size).

If you are only using it for a TS server I would stick with Windows 2000.
Mainly, because cost (by your post) seems to be a factor.
