Licensing Server

I am working on a network that I did not setup. There are 4 Windows 2000
Terminal servers in a Citrix XPe Farm. There are 2 other farms, one farm has
9 servers and the other has 3 and all have Windows 2000 Terminal server. How
can I tell who is the Licensing Server?
