Can't connect TServer . Shows 2 Connectors Down in
TSadmin, with only one rdp connector in existence and
configured .

Have you tried if a reboot of the TS solves the problem?
Do you get any error messages?
Is there any information in the EventLog?

OS created 2 virtual rdp connectors (they are in the down
state and don't show up in TSadmin) don't know how do get
read of them
