Does anyone know a utility etc that can show me the exact speed of a
processor ??

Well, for starters you can check it out at the bios level (that will tell
you what it is registering at) and then when you get into W2K, you can rt.
click on My Computer and go to properties, it will list System, Registered
to, and Computer, look under computer and see what windows is reporting as.

I know there are other utilities out there that will give the speed at an
instant, but the only ones I know of are not free utilities and if it is
that important that you have that precise of a measurement then get them,
otherwise, stick to the above 2 as they are likely close enough to accurate.
