Registry Size for Win2000 Adv Server

I'm getting an error message saying "Please increase the registry size."
It's a message that pops up randomly. Does anyone know how to go about
doing this?

To increase registry quota Control Panel|System|Advanced|Performance
Options|Change, then under "Registry Size" you can set the value to a higher
number.
