how can i start using a windows 2000 DNS server as DNS.

it mean for now i just can use a user and it´s password if
i declare the user an its password to the sever, but i
want to use like a DNS to permmit that the user can change
it´s own password at any time that they want.

by the way i´d like to know more about all the DNS for the
work station too.
