A Customer is having the problem above. Any help would be appreciated.

After applying patch 840987, 16BIT Applications will not run against new
user profies on imaged workstations.

The error message is a 16 bit SubSystem Error

config.nt The System file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft
Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

Customer is still having this problem after trying the enclosed. Ant other
ideas?
