Default Installing a Second Processor in Windows 2000 with SP4

Does anyone in the group know where I can find information on installing, and
running a second processor on a dual processor motherboard running Windows
2000 SP4? Your help is appreciated. Thank you.

Could someone assist me? This is so basic.....and nothing to do with this
subject. How do I post my own question? I click on "New" and nothing happens.
This window does not come up. I posted 2 days ago and apparently cannot
remember how to do it.
