perfmon on mq queues

i am trying to create a performance monitor in order to monitor the queue
depth on mq series queues. the system does not show me any queues in the
'instances' table. any suggestions? i am upgrading on windows 2000 with
websphere mq 5.3. creating the perfmon is not a problem on windows 2000 with
mq 5.1.
