SPSS for Windows

I have a CD-Rom to install version 10 of SPSS (the
statistical package) on my Dell Latitude laptop and I also
have the setup files on my hard drive to install version
11. Neither will install on the computer. I've tried
both successfully on my old Inspiron (both are running on
W2K). Any ideas as to what might be blocking the set up
on my Latitude?
