Can I Change the font of Command Prompt in Full Screen Mode? Is there any

Yes.

Right-click on the widow, select the "Font" tab and - well - you can take it
from there.

Or, if you've placed a shortcut on your desktop, right-click the desktop, go
to properties (the last selection), select "Font" ...

Personally, I use 18-point Lucida Console yellow on black.

If I recall correctly, the font used in full-screen is what is built in
to the video card and can't (at least, not easily) be changed.
