migrating users to new box with dissimilar hardware

First post, not sure if this is the correct group - I need to migrate a
Windows 2000 member server to new dissimilar hardware. How can I import some
200 usernames and passwords to the new hardare? Most solutions assume AD -
this is a standalone box. Thanks
