When I open pictures attached to email received through "windows picture and
fax" the attached picture comes up, however, when I push the button "next
image" right arrow, I advance to clips of pitures of places I had been on the
internet. Just small squares. But the more I clicked the "next image"
button, more and more clippettes appeared. All different. This worries me
as I do banking over the internet and am afraid my personal information can
be recorded. Is there any way to stop this accumulation of information?

You're seeing image files that are in your Temporary Internet Files folder.
Right click one of the unwanted images, go to 'Properties|Location' and
you'll see the path to the image. Running Disk Cleanup or emptying your
Temporary Internet Files folder should clear it up.

Start|All Programs|Accessories|System Tools|Disk Cleanup.
